Bird Watching

BIRDS IN THE EASTERN CAPE

An introduction to the birdlife of the region, including illustrated talks on bird biology, field excursions for bird observation and identification, and bird-ringing. Weekend, from Friday late afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Transport provided from Grahamstown to the venue; participants will be accommodated in a local nature reserve in a historical farmhouse, with all meals provided, and transport on site.

Numbers:
To be viable, we need a minimum of 6 participants, with a maximum of 15.

Minimum knowledge/essential equipment: Beginners welcome, but all participants should have their own binoculars.
